AL CHILE BEEF

Ingredients:

1 lb of ground lean beef
2 medium size carrots cut in small squares
6 baby golden potatoes cut in small pieces
15.25 oz of golden sweet whole kernel corn
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of Al Chile Salsa

Instructions:
In a large skillet, add olive oil and beef and cook until brown. Add carrots, potatoes, and corn.
Mix and add 1/2 cup of Al Chile salsa. Turn heat to simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
