AL CHILE SHRIMP TACOS

Ingredients:

1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp
1 medium, thinly sliced onion
1 cup of Al Chile Salsa
10 corn or flour tortillas
1 medium size avocado, sliced
1 bunch of cilantro
4 chopped tomatoes
1 cup of chopped green cabbage
1 limes
Salt to your preference

Instructions:
Add olive oil to a large skillet. Sauté onions until translucent. Add shrimp to skillet and cook until pink. Add 1 cup of Al Chile salsa, simmer one minute, cover and set aside. Heat tortillas in a nonstick pan.
Once the tortillas are warm, it’s time to build your taco! Add Al Chile shrimp, top your taco with cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes and sliced avocado. Squeeze lime juice on top and add salt and extra Al Chile salsa to your preference. Y Listo! (It’s Ready!)
